Biography[]
Decided, confident and dangerous. Kabuto Robo was specifically trained to protect Kenichi's dearest secrets... This invizimal tried to ambush you when you were exploring Keni's house, but luckily you were ready to capture him! Can you teach him to fight on your side now?
How to Capture[]
Kabuto-Robo engages the player in a firefight where it constantly shoots at the player. The player simply shoots Kabuto-Robo with the cross button. Successful hits will reduce Kabuto-Robo's health, but not by much.
During the first phase, Kabuto-Robo will hide behind shields and jump out from the shield to fire off attacks one at a time. This phase is rather slow-paced.
In the second phase, Kabuto-Robo will float and fire off large attacks consisting of many shots that are hard to dodge.
In the final phase, Kabuto-Robo will start to charge at the player's screen constantly.
Deplete Kabuto-Robo's health entirely to capture it.
There is no timer. The capture fails only if the player's life bar is fully depleted.

Strategy[]
Kabuto-Robo is offensively inclined. Kabuto-Robo has an excellent attack stat and good stamina recovery to boot. This combination makes Kabuto-Robo both able to hit hard and able to throw out many attacks in rapid succession. Kabuto-Robo's defensive properties are poor, as it has a rock bottom life stat and a pedestrian armor stat. Thus, Kabuto Robo will have trouble with opponents that employ many vector attacks. Kabuto Robo benefits from a defensively-inclined partner that can ease defensive pressure off of Kabuto-Robo.
